Daikon radish leaves. Don't throw out the leaves because you can eat them too! Cut the leaves into small pieces and pan fry it with sesame oil, garlic, sliced kombu(seaweed), and sesame seeds. It goes well with rice and bonito flakes.
Brown rice salad for solo-dinner. I defrosted the brown rice that was in my freezer and added vegetables, chia and hemp seeds. Pour some olive oil, salt and pepper for some flavour and it's ready to eat!
Cold home made whole wheat udon noodles. Topped with natto, wakame seaweed, grated daikon radish and udon soup! Great meal on a hot day!
