One of the clear memories I have of my grandmother is of her always knitting in her room with a small desk light lighting her hands. As well as my mother, who would stay up all night to knit me a sweater. Watching my grandmother and mother as I grew up, I naturally loved to craft and make things. From them I learned the warmth of 'hand-made' items. Now my children also enjoy making and crafting as well.
