We take pride in having created an all natural yeast from organic raisins and fresh apples. Then we slowly and carefully marry wholewheat,buckwheat,flaxseed and 10 grains to our creations without adding eggs, dairy products, or sugar. Our rich and tasty bread only using the simple seasonings to bring out the natural flavours.
