Thinly baked green onion and miso filled natural yeast bread. I mixed lots of green onions with name-miso. Name miso literally translates as licking miso; it is a type of miso that is served more as a side dish, rather than used as seasoning!

Dried apples! I use the the left over heat produced from the oven after I bake my natural yeast bread. These apples make a perfect simple healthy sweet snack!
Natural yeast bread with anko(red bean paste)! With the anko I made I spread it on the loaf of freshly baked natural yeast bread!!
Pickled dried daikon radish! Using the sun-dried daikon my mother made me, I pickled it using vinegar and soysauce and spices! It goes great with brown rice!!
Brown rice ohagi. I cooked brown rice in a pressure cooker and crushed it. Then I wrapped the rice around the anko(sweet red bean paste) I made. Then I sprinkled some kinako(soy bean powder) on it. Ohagi goes great with green tea!
Soumen(Japanese thin noodles) salad. Soumen placed on a bed of mixed greens topped with poached egg, orange bell peppers, okra, chia seeds and strawberries! Pour a dressing of your choice and enjoy a light meal!
Natural yeast bread, veggie version! I marinated the vegetables using olive oil, pepper, and Italian spices. I topped the veggies on the dough and baked it in the oven! It's also good if you put some cheese on it too!!
