I usually make kombucha from English tea (right) but I tried making it with green tea (left) this time!
Bite sized rice mixed with amaranth,quinoa and millet! I put some daikon radish leaves and sesame seeds on top!
Rainbow carrots. I prepared them by steaming it and flavouring it with olive oil and Italian seasoning. After that I baked them in the oven for a bit to dehydrate them! Who knew carrots can be so colourful!
Pretzel shaped natural yeast bread! I used buckwheat flour, whole wheat flour, 10 grain mix, flaxseed and sprinkled salt on top!
