Natural yeast bread with burdock roots! I boiled the roots until soft then flavoured it with olive oil, salt, and sesame seeds. Put the roots on the dough and bake them in the oven! It's a great way to include vegetables in your busy day!

Potatoe, kabocha, and carrot salad! I mixed the steamed root vegetables with thinly sliced and salted cabbage and cucumbers! The natural sweet flavour of the kabocha adds a great taste to the salad! No need for dressing!
My daughter made dinner for us! Spaghetti with 3 types of mushrooms! (Enoki, Crimini and Eryngii) Pour some lemon juice over it before eating!
This time I boiled dried daikon radish, shiitake mushroom, and kobu sea weed in broth! It goes great with a bowl of rice!

This plain natural yeast bread is most popular within my family! All of them are sprinkled with sea salt. The one on the left with sesame seeds and the middle with chia seeds as well!
Soba curry! I made soba noodles from scratch using buckwheat flour, whole wheat flour, and flour. Then made curry with lentil, tofu, onions, carrots and potatoes! Usually curry is ate with rice but today I combined the two together!
Buckwheat salad. I boiled buckwheat until it's soft then added cucumber, celery, bell pepper, purple cabbage, and kale. Tossed it with olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and a little bit of tamari soy sauce and lemon juice!
