Sliced cucumber salad. Thinly slice the cucumber and onions and pickle them lightly in rice vinegar. Steam vegetables of your choice and place them on the cucumbers along with small fishes! Serve the salad cold and it's great on a hot day!

Inari sushi. I boiled the tofu pockets in soy sauce and beet sugar. I filled the pockets with rice mixed with millet! The sweet and salty taste allows me to eat so many of these!
