I want eat a lot of vegetables. Steamed broccoli, carrots, eringi mushrooms and boiled thin noodles. Marinated everything with sesame oil and salt. Put micro green mix and goji berries on it. Simple is best!
I put olive oil, tahini, soy milk, salt, garlic and organic orange. And I baked natural yeast bread including whole-wheat, buckwheat, 7grain and flaxseed. Best matching!
Locally grown San choke, cut into shin sliver and carrots, too. Stir fry with chili and put soy sauce. Health food!
“Double fermented”
Rice with quinoa, millet and wild rice. I put vegan kimchi and natto(fermented soybeans) on it! What shall I cook today’s meal... Just mix the avocado and Italian tomato and cilantro and salsa sauce. Simple meal! Go with organic brown rice. Chew very well for immune system.
