I made some custard flan! The combination of the simple flavours of eggs, milk and sugar makes a delicious dessert!
Beans from our backyard garden. I steamed the beans then added grinded black sesame seeds, walnuts, miso and a little maple syrup.
Sweet potato gyoza! Steam then mash the sweet potato, then wrap the gyoza in the skin. Bake it in the oven until golden then sprinkle some sugar, cinammon, or maple syrup if you like! It's a great little snack!

Brown rice mochi! Covered with kinako(soybean powder), black sesame, and grated daikon radish!Mochi goes well with Japanese tea!
Organic vegetable 'nimono' (simmered). I used 3 kinds of potatoes, daikon radish, carrots, tofu and simmered it slowly!
