Chickpeas. I boiled them until they were soft and seasoned them with olive oil and Italian spice. I dehydrated them in the oven. It goes well on green salads!!
Samosa like vegetable bread! There is a mixture of cilantro and long brown rice and chickpeas inside!
Home made smoked salmon, tofu, eggs and mozzarella cheese!! The cheese justs melts and goes great with crackers!
