I put sun-dried figs in white wine. Then I made sake lee yeast(home made) steamed bun with it. Smelled so good!

“Tofu steak” organic extra firm tofu, taste with ginger, garlic, tamari soy sauce then pan fried with rice flour. And my favorite combination cilantro and green onion on it.
Udon made from organic unbleached white flour, whole wheat flour,salt and water. This time I put “beets”!
Kombucha that is fermented longer becomes sour. I used it and made sauerkraut with shredded red beets and yellow beets.
