Inari-zushi is a fried bean curd stuffed with vinegared rice. It’s popular for lunch box at event and picnic.
I’m taking the natural yeast from organic fresh apples. I baked without adding eggs,daily products,or sugar. Today simply sprinkled with sea salt.
I cooked dishes using bean refuse(soy milk remain) with mushroom shiitake,carrot,kombu and soysauce.
